Finally!

Oh great, look at that: today is Superbowl Sunday! Guess what I'm doing? Yup, going whale watching. Not the proverbial whales as in big dudes crashed on couches watching football and talking the "we" talk as if they were actually part of the team...

But real whales swimming and coming up for air and jumping and crashing on the waves. Yay for Superbowl Sunday!

  7. I'm down to the hill to the lake. It should be pretty uncrowded as most of the fisherman will probably watching the game...

  10. Nice touch about the "we" bullshit.

I wrote a whole post about that once. Well not THE WHOLE post, but a chunk of it.

  11. I am officially jealous! The one time the Hubs and I stumbled upon a whale watching spot on the San Juan Islands (we just recently moved to the area) everyone told us the Orcas had already passed by a few hours earlier.

    Hope you have (had?) fun!

  12. Sorry... evidently the whales are football fans and were probably all at the local pub watching the game. I wonder who they cheered for?

Unless you are a zombie or a fembot, your comments are totally appreciated! Loved. Desired. And wanted (I added that in case it was not clear)
